YES! Proper surface preparation is the foundation of a professional concrete coating system.
Temple Epoxy Flooring uses professional moisture testing and professional concrete grinding equipment with industrial diamond tooling to mechanically prepare the slab. We grind the surface to clean, sound white concrete, removing cement laitance, contaminants, weak surface material, and existing coatings as necessary.
The concrete is then mechanically profiled to establish the appropriate Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) and open the surface for strong coating adhesion. The floor is thoroughly vacuumed before the coating system is installed.

We reserve premium epoxy systems for applications where epoxy’s working properties are appropriate, such as certain custom metallic and marble-style interior floors.

Walls, doors, cabinets, vents and returns, ceiling lights, fans, fixtures, furnishings, and adjacent finished surfaces are carefully covered or isolated before preparation begins.
The work area is thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned throughout the preparation process and before the flooring system is installed.

YES! Temple Epoxy Flooring stands behind the quality of our workmanship and professionally installed flooring systems with a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, subject to the terms and conditions of the installation agreement.
If the property is sold, qualifying warranty coverage may transfer to a subsequent owner, with all transferred coverage expiring 20 years from the original installation date. Transfer of ownership does not restart, renew, or extend the original warranty period.
